NEWS RELEASE: The Otsego County Chamber Announces 2nd Annual Breakthrough Award Winner GrafiQa Creative Services of Oneonta has been chosen to receive The Otsego County Chamber/James Jordan Associates, Architects 2nd Annual Breakthrough Award. This award is a celebration of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and is given to a business or individual in Otsego County that has shown new innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship and growth potential.  This honor will be presented at the 8th Annual Small Business Banquet on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at The Otesaga Resort Hotel.
