Happy end of winter (maybe), The GrafiQa
newsletter is changing, it will now be shorter and
more relevant to GrafiQa and our clients. We will
feature only one generic but useful marketing article
per issue (usually written by someone here).
Hopefully
this will
make the newsletter
more interesting and useful to our clients and
prospects.
What's a GrafiQa? GrafiQa is a graphic communications agency in
Upstate New York focusing on brand development
and all the marketing tools that make that possible
including; logos, websites, brochures, stationery,
annual reports, newsletters etc.

organization that you can always look to. Retainers
can be built into yearly budgets. GrafiQa has many

Keeping in contact with your
clients/customers is easy with Constant
Contact online software - several
of our clients are using it - some on their own - and
some with our help. The software is inexpensive,
offers a free trial and is easy to use. The software
tracks who receives the emails, who opens them and
who actually clicks on the links inside them. It allows
customers/clients to remove themselves from the list,
add themselves and automatically deletes emails that
are broken. You can even have a box on your home
page that allows people to sign up (see GrafiQa site).

update your GrafiQa website - Be aware that Version 4
has recently been released. Of course you do not
need to
upgrade to keep editing your site - but you may enjoy
the increased functionality of the new version. You can buy
